terms of service
effective May 4, 2026
these terms ("terms") govern your use of the claw alarm iOS app and related websites and APIs (collectively, the "service"), provided by OpenClaw ("we", "us", "our"). by installing or using the service you agree to these terms.
the service
claw alarm lets you set, edit, snooze, and clear iOS AlarmKit alarms by talking to your openclaw assistant. it relies on Apple AlarmKit, Apple Push Notification service, and an openclaw account.
your account & pairing
you need an openclaw account to use the service. when you pair, we bind a per-device bearer token to your account. you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any device that is paired to your account secure, and for all activity under your token.
acceptable use
you agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs;
- circumvent rate limits or attempt to access another user's data;
- use the service to violate any law or another person's rights;
- build a competing product on top of our private APIs.
alarms are not life-safety
claw alarm is a consumer alarm clock. while it uses Apple AlarmKit and is designed to ring through silent and Focus modes, you should not rely on it for medical, life-safety, or mission-critical wake-ups. we do not guarantee that any individual alarm will fire — system updates, low battery, hardware faults, revoked permissions, or platform changes can prevent delivery.
third parties
the service is delivered through and depends on Apple's App Store, AlarmKit, and APNs, and on Cloudflare's hosting platform. your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.
changes & availability
we may add, modify, or remove features at any time. we may suspend or terminate the service or your access to it if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms or are causing harm to other users or the platform.
fees
claw alarm is currently free to use. we may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we'll be clear about what they cost before you opt in.
disclaimers
the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will always ring.
limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenClaw and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or sleep, arising out of or related to your use of the service. our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
termination
you can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in-app or uninstalling. we may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms as the product evolves. material changes will be signaled by updating the effective date above. continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
